Standard export packaging is a colour box or poly bag per unit, packed into a five-layer corrugated export carton with a shipping mark. We can print your brand, barcode and carton markings, and we can supply retail-ready display packaging for shelf programmes. Carton quantity and carton dimensions are confirmed with the quotation.

Yes. We can print your logo on the product, the packaging and the carton. Logo artwork is applied from your supplied files, and we will send a packaging proof for approval before production. Custom logo work is handled as part of our OEM service.

During production we send progress updates at the agreed checkpoints, and we provide assembly or usage guidance and video support where a product needs it. If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected units in your next order or issue a credit for the affected quantity. Claims should be raised with photos or inspection evidence so we can review the batch quickly.
