We ship by sea, air and express depending on order size and urgency. Sea freight is the usual choice for full container orders, while air and express suit sample shipments and urgent replenishment. Standard export packaging is a colour box or poly bag per unit, packed into a five-layer corrugated export carton with a shipping mark. We can print your brand, barcode and carton markings, and we can supply retail-ready display packaging for shelf programmes. Carton quantity and carton dimensions are confirmed with the quotation.

Yes. We can print your logo on the product, the packaging and the carton. Logo artwork is applied from your supplied files, and we will send a packaging proof for approval before production. Custom logo work is handled as part of our OEM service.

During production we send progress updates at the agreed checkpoints, and we provide assembly or usage guidance and video support where a product needs it. If a quality issue is confirmed, we will review the affected batch with you and agree on a replacement or credit solution.

We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the affected units in your next order or issue a credit for the affected quantity. Claims should be raised with photos or inspection evidence so we can review the batch quickly.

Yes. We can arrange third-party inspection before shipment, including buyer-nominated inspection agencies. We will confirm the inspection date with you once production is complete and make the finished goods available for inspection before they are packed into the container.
