Confirm the charging time and the running time at the same time, because those are the two numbers customers ask about first.
Confirm the controller batteries separately
The controller usually takes standard AA batteries, which are not included in many retail programmes. Decide whether to include them, and make sure the packaging states clearly what is and is not in the box.
